There’s a new “pay what you can” coffeehouse in Buffalo. Rise of WNY is a non-profit community café, where anyone, no matter how flush they are with money, can warm up and enjoy the simple things in life. After all, a cup of coffee not only warms the hands, it can soothe the soul as well.
