Massachusetts Bill Would Allow Prisoners To Donate Organs For Reduced Sentences
Incarcerated individuals could reduce their sentence by 2 to 12 months if they donate their organs or bone marrow. If organs can buy freedom for those incarcerated, why cant equity and justice?
