After Van Jones criticized NY Mayor-Elect Zohran Mamdani’s speech, Charlamagne tha God gave him “Donkey of the Day” and a reality check.

After New York City mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani’s historic win, folks across the spectrum have been weighing in on what he should and shouldn’t do ahead of his term. But radio host Charlamagne tha God argued there’s one person who should “shut the F up forever” about the topic… and he’s naming names.

Moments after Mamdani’s electrifying victory speech on Nov. 4, CNN commentator Van Jones had strong critiques for the Democratic socialist. “I think he missed a chance tonight to open up and bring more people into the tent,” Jones told CNN‘s election night panel. “I think his tone was sharp. I think he was using the microphone in a way that he was almost yelling.”
